1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions govern your reservation and stay at Wood Up, a natural accommodation located in Prascorsano (Turin).

By making a reservation, the guest declares that they have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Reservation and Payment

The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment for the stay.

Payments can be made using the methods available on the website at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation under the following conditions:

Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the amount paid;

Cancellation from 14 to 7 days before the arrival date: issuance of a voucher or the possibility of rescheduling the stay for a new date agreed upon with the accommodation;

Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: no refund.

The property reserves the right to evaluate any exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Any requests for early arrival or late departure will be accommodated, subject to the property’s organizational arrangements.

5. Property Capacity

The property is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

Any requests regarding the presence of infants or small children will be evaluated in advance by the property.

6. Pets

Pets are permitted only with the property’s prior authorization.

The request must be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

7. Rules of Conduct

To ensure a relaxing experience and respect for the surrounding environment, guests agree to:

maintain a respectful behavior;

respect the nature, flora, and fauna present in the area;

not light open fires;

not organize parties, events, or activities that may disturb other guests or the surrounding area;

use the property and its equipment with the utmost care.

8. Smoking Ban

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Any damage or extraordinary cleaning costs resulting from violation of this ban may be charged to the guest.

9. Liability for Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, equipment, or outdoor areas during their stay.

The property reserves the right to request reimbursement for the costs of repairing or replacing damaged items.

10. Weather Conditions

The property is immersed in a natural setting, and the experience offered is closely linked to the surrounding environment.

Adverse weather conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund or free cancellation of the reservation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Guests stay at the property at their own risk and are required to behave prudently and respectfully towards the environment.

The property cannot be held responsible for events resulting from reckless behavior, improper use of equipment, or failure to comply with these conditions.
